Fallujah is burning
and my heart is weeping
screams don’t let me sleep whole night
screams of my people
they were brutally martyred...
I know their lips were reciting words of God
Their hearts were carrying hopes of a savior
Their graves ask me questions I cannot answer
And my children with shiny eyes and red cheeks
They were made asleep silently forever
Their toys look at me with looks I dont want to understand
Domes of martyred mosques have refused to recognize me
These mosques are silent now but
The noise inside my heart is increasing
O’Muslims
Our people are calling us
So lets go for that paradise
whose length and width is larger than this whole world Last update : 19-11-2004 14:29
