This is comin straight from my heart
Ive searched from the beginning and gone back to the start
Yet I still fight for light in this world fulla dark
Look all around you and tell me what you see
Whats left besides greed, violence, and hypocrisy
What happened to the unity back homes in our community
Why did we let satan fulfill his duty so easily
These words may sound a lil absurd and strong
But can somebody please speak up and prove me wrong
I cant be the only one to want back whats gone
Im talkin bout us being united, especially at this
moment when muslims are being divided, from what I sighted
were neither whole nor in part, were just individuals assuming ourselves smart by what we hear on the news and see on the charts
so many lies get fed to us and we still dont doubt
so many eyes get gazed at us for followin the right route
and all the cries stay unheard when its the Middle East that shouts
its time to open our eyes, its time to open our minds
its time to realize and recognize societys tryin to keep us blind
Most of us have a 3rd eye for this media
But those who dont, watch out for what theyre feedin ya
theres masses of Muslim classes bein blasted
yet its only a crisis when a jews bein disasted
then tell me, how can you pledge a legiance to a flag that neglects us
honor a man who refuses to respect us
By being a muslim, he just might suspect ya
Thats their lil way to make us feel inferior
Break the chains, cuz we were made to be superior
